How do I place an order?

Simply select your item, choose your size/color, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and ShopPay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Do you offer local pickup at MBA games?

Yes! During the season, customers in the Marietta area can choose Game Day Pickup at checkout and grab their order at the MBA merchandise table.

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Exchanges: We accept size exchanges within 14days of delivery (unworn & in original condition).
  • Returns: Because each piece is made-to-order, we only offer store credit or exchanges—not refunds.

How do I customize my order (name/number on backpack or jersey)?

For customizable items, simply add your name/number in the notes section at checkout. If you forget, email us at marietta@mbamarietta.com within 24hours with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but international shipping will be added soon. Stay tuned!

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

If something’s not right with your order, contactusatmarietta@mbamarietta.com within 7days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
